i. Gardens
Gardens that hold their composure year-round.
Considered tending for considered gardens. Pruning, weeding, mulching, hand-edging, deadheading and feeding — done quietly, to a rhythm you can rely on. We notice what the garden needs before it asks.
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or seasonal. From $95 / visit.
ii. Lawns
Lawns that read as cared-for.
Mowing, edging, aeration, top-dressing, fertilising. Catcher emptied. Clippings removed. Edges crisp. We treat the lawn as the front room of the property — because that’s how it reads from the street.
Weekly through summer, fortnightly off-season. From $75 / visit.
iii. Exteriors
Exteriors, quietly restored.
Soft-washing, water-blasting, gutter cleaning, moss and mould treatment, deck restoration and fence staining. The quiet maintenance that keeps a home looking effortless.
Annual or biannual programmes. Quoted per property.
iv. Small Works
Resolved before they become anything.
A loose paver. A failing gate latch. A drooping downpipe. A camellia in trouble. The hundred small things a home quietly asks for between major works — noticed and resolved in the same visit.
Included in maintenance programmes. Hourly otherwise.
v. Earthworks
When the ground needs reshaping.
Max operates his own digger personally. Site clearance, post-hole boring, drainage trenches, levelling, driveway preparation and building-site groundworks. WorkSafe-compliant, fully insured, with underground services located before any blade touches the ground.
Quoted on site visit. Half-day and full-day rates available.
vi. The Annual Plan
A year of considered care, on a single plan.
Everything above — scheduled by season, photographically noted after each visit, billed monthly. Your home is simply kept. You never need to chase, schedule, or wonder.
