Booking

Booking Terms.

A short-form summary of what to expect when you book a visit.

These Booking Terms are the short-form summary of what to expect when you book a visit. They sit alongside our full Terms & Conditions (which prevail if there is any inconsistency) and our Privacy Policy.

Confirmation

You will receive written confirmation of your booking within four working hours during business hours, or by 10am the next working day if you book outside of business hours. Until you receive that confirmation, the date and time you have asked for is a request, not a guarantee.

Arrival window

We arrive within a thirty-minute window. If we are running outside of it, we will phone or text as soon as we know.

Changes by you

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Less than 24 hours, a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the visit value applies. Same-day cancellation after we have arrived, the full visit value plus a $65 callout fee applies.

Changes by us

We may reschedule for weather, illness, equipment, or safety. We will give you as much notice as we can, no charge, and we will reschedule to the next slot you accept.

Payment

One-off visits are invoiced after the visit on seven-day terms. Annual plan clients are billed monthly. Payment is by bank transfer or card via the secure link in the invoice.

What we promise

Every visit is delivered to the twelve commitments in our Standard of Care. If we fall short of any of them, tell us within seven days and we come back at no charge. This is the No-Callback Promise.

Things you should know

For digger work, we make a free beforeUdig request and locate underground services before any blade touches ground. For garden work, we follow horticultural best practice but cannot guarantee the survival of any individual plant we did not plant ourselves. For exterior work, we test a small inconspicuous area before any cleaning agent is applied to a significant surface.

Your rights

Where you engage us as a consumer for residential property, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies and nothing in these Terms limits the rights it gives you. Where you engage us in trade (commercial property, body corporate, landlord activity), we contract out of the CGA and Sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 by mutual agreement — see the full Terms & Conditions for detail.
